Car Kids Hawaii helps raise money for local children's charities like Make-A-Wish® Hawaii & Nalukai Academy. If you're a non-profit that would like to have Lightning show up for your event please let us know. The story
My 3 year old son has always loved cars, which means I've seen the Disney/Pixar Cars 1, 2 & 3 movies, hundreds of times. He has so many shirts, shoes, toys, etc. all with the 95 and bolts on them.
I've heard of guys with exotic black cars and Batman costumes visiting children's hospitals to help give the kids something to smile about, and while we don't have a children's hospital on the Big Island. The intention with this car is the same.
I'll be taking it to non-profit, community and personal events to raise money for Make-A-Wish Hawaii and other local children's charities.

My son thinks it is pretty amazing that Lightning McQueen lives in our garage, but more importantly he knows why we have the car... to help bring smiles and joy to the lives of children that are struggling.
